We perform servicing and repairs both in the field and at the company’s headquarters where after-sales activities are carried out, such as:

• repairs and maintenance of Elko ELEKTROKOVINA products during the warranty period and regular servicing and repairs outside the warranty period
• sale of original spare parts
• selling new products to end users

We provide professional installation of original spare parts and give a guarantee on all installed spare parts. Original spare parts are subject to the same strict criteria and controls as the components installed in the new product. We have stocks of spare parts planned for the needs of long-term servicing and to enable an immediate response to the desired servicing intervention.

The servicing unit at the headquarters is supported by numerous authorized repair shops in Slovenia and abroad. You can find our authorized servicing technicians and dealers marked on the map.
