Description
The PMPT 700-4 submersible mixer with three-blade propeller operates intermittently or permanently immersed in a medium in which it generates movement, mixing or homogenization. It works successfully in round or rectangular pools, in lagoons or ponds. The mixer is suitable for use in clean water or in media with a higher or lower dry matter content, such as: slurry, municipal or industrial sewage and sewage sludge. The medium temperature must not exceed 40°C. Wherever it is necessary to prevent the settling of particles or to mix different liquids, immersion mixers are irreplaceable.

The best mixing results are achieved by the mixers mounted on the PRMS 700 accessories. This is a steel construction that allows the mixer to be turned and tilted in different directions. The mixers are made in a compact and robust design. They are adapted to the most difficult operating conditions. The mixer housings and propeller are made of gray cast iron and protected with a durable anti-corrosion coating. The shape of the propeller allows the mixer maximum hydraulic effects, while at the same time preventing the retention of fibrous materials on it. The propeller shaft has a double seal and is connected to the motor shaft by a gear transmission at size 700. The chamber between the double seals is filled with biodegradable hydraulic oil, which does not endanger the environment in the event of a mixer failure. The underwater electric motor has a dry winding with a built-in automatic thermal protection switch which interrupts the control circuit when the electric motor overheats. During operation, the mixer must be completely immersed in the liquid being mixed. The fluid cools the motor housing.
